Part Time Arrangements
Although neither intend to fully retire in the near future, our two senior people, Joe Wyche and Ros MacKinlay are both trying to take more breaks from work to reduce their overall hours, but are available for sustained full time efforts over extended periods on suitable jobs. Our young colleague Caroline Morrell continues to work part time, as her young family grows towards school age.
Indemnity Cover No Longer Offered
We have also decided that we will no longer carry Professional Indeminity insurance, although we continue to have run out insurance for past completed works. We now offer no indemnity cover, but point out that over 10 years of very complex high risk projects we have never even been in a dispute with anyone over our work, much less had a claim made against us.
